NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

DATE: January 24, 2012

A public hearing before the Planning Commission for the Town of Weathersfield will be held at the Town Office in Ascutney on Monday, February 13, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following final plat:

#01.2412 by Ascutney Fire District #2 for the subdivision of 43.84 acres of land owned by the Vermont Land Trust located at 6377 Route 5 (parcel 06-00-08) into a 5-acre lot and a 38.83-acre lot. The land is located in the Industrial zoning district.

The above plat is available for inspection at the Town Office in Ascutney. Persons wishing to appeal and be heard may do so in person or be represented by an agent or attorney. Communications about the above plat may be filed in writing with the Commission or at the hearing. Participation in this hearing is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal.
