Planning Commission 11-24-08

TOWN OF WEATHERSFIELD, VERMONT PLANNING COMMISSION Monday, November 24, 2008 Workshop Meeting I.    Introductions: Commission members present were Peter Daniels, Chris Charest, and deForest Bearse (Land Use Administrator). The audience member present was Jason Rasmussen. II.    Approval of Minutes: Meeting of October 27, 2008 The approval of the minutes was postponed until December 22, 2008 due to lack of quorum. III.    Subdivision Regulations (Jason Rasmussen, SWCRPC) Continue discussion of planning standards The Commission made minor changes to section 350.2.  They will look over and discuss 360.1 through 360.5 at the next meeting. Jason Rasmussen discussed with the Commission the Regional Plan that is currently being updated.  He mentioned that the next meeting for this would be on December 8th or 9th.  The members of the Commission are welcomed to attend.
