Introductions:

Commission members present were Bruce Cox, Michael Todd, Ed Williams, John Broker Campbell, Alan Hudson, Gil Whittemore, Julia Lloyd Wright (ex-officio), and deForest Bearse (Land Use Administrator).

There was no one present in the audience.

II. Approval of Minutes: Meetings of August 9, 2010

Michael Todd made a motion to approve the minutes of August 9, 2010 with corrections. Alan Hudson seconded it. All were unanimous to approve the minutes as corrected.

III. Review Meeting Agenda - additions, corrections

There was none.

IV. Discussions:
A. Bylaw/Regulation Revisions
(1) Discussion of Section 6.10.7, Agricultural Zoning
The Commission discussed the wording to Section 6.10.7 and made some minor changes to the wording. They also discussed the USDA worksheet (Farmland Conversion Impact Rating).

(2) JAM Gold decision;
(3) Act 250 criterion 9(b)

B. Town Plan Revisions
(1) Transportation, Energy chapters
The Commission received copies of the transportation and energy chapters of the Town Plan.
