A public meeting before the Planning Commission of the Town of Weathersfield will be held at the Town Office in Ascutney on Monday, September 27, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following application:

#09.0910 by Ted and Robert Hastings for the subdivision of 27± acres of land at 1445 Upper Falls Road (parcel #07-01-20) into two lots. The property is located in the RRR 3-5 zoning district.

The above sketch plan is available for inspection at the Town Office in Ascutney. Persons wishing to appeal and be heard may do so in person or be represented by an agent or attorney. Communications about the above sketch plan may be filed in writing with the Planning Commission or at the meeting.

Participation in this local meeting is prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal.
