MINUTES - DRAFT

Introductions:

Commission members present were Bruce Cox, Michael Todd, Ed Williams, John Broker Campbell, Alan Hudson, Gil Whittemore, Julia Lloyd Wright (ex-officio), and deForest Bearse (Land Use Administrator).

There was no one present in the audience.

I. Approval of Minutes: Meetings of September 8, 2010

Michael Todd made a motion to approve the minutes of September 8, 2010 with corrections. Gil Whittemore seconded it. All were unanimous to approve the minutes as corrected.

II. Review Meeting Agenda - additions, corrections

There was none.

III. Discussions:
A. Bylaw/Regulation Revisions
A. Discussion of Section 6.10.7, Agricultural Zoning
Gil Whittemore went over the model of their form. The Committee will put it in as an appendix in the Town Plan with a copy of the NRCS map included. The Commission discussed how they are trying to encourage development in villages and hamlets. The Commission discussed where the villages/hamlets are located in town. They decided what to keep in the model and what to delete. The Commission will look at different properties in Weathersfield to score using this model. They decided upon these properties Dana's, Stankevich's, Fuller's, Eastman's, McDermott's, and the property on Rte 131and Cemetery. deForest Bearse will give the Commission four more property locations.
deForest Bearse gave the Commission members the Reporting Form concerning the proposed Bylaw. The Commission reviewed the report and made minor corrections to it.

B. Town Plan Revisions

V. Adjournment:
Michael Todd made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:05 PM. Alan Hudson seconded it. All were unanimous to adjourn.
