NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

A public hearing before the Planning Commission for the Town of Weathersfield will be held at the Town Office in Ascutney on Thursday, October 28, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following final plat:

#10.0710 by Brad and Bonnie Litchfield for subdivision of 21± acres at 254 Upper Falls Road (parcel #07-01-12) into two lots. The property is in the C10 zoning District.

The above plat is available for inspection at the Town Office in Ascutney. Persons wishing to appeal and be heard may do so in person or be represented by an agent or attorney. Communications about the above plat may be filed in writing with the Commission or at the hearing. Participation in this hearing is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal.
