ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing before the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Town of Weathersfield will be held at the Town Office in Ascutney on Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at 7:00 PM to consider the following application: #01.0411 by Michael Todd appealing the decision of the Zoning Administrator to grant permit #12.1610 to William Ellis and Anne Stohrer for establishment of a physician's office as a Home Occupation at 121 John Jensen Road. The above application is available for inspection at the Town Office in Ascutney. Persons wishing to appeal and be heard may do so in person or be represented by an agent or attorney. Participation in this proceeding is required in order to ensure your ability to appeal the Zoning Board's decision.
