Land Preservation 11/17/08

WEATHERSFIELD LAND PRESERVATION ASSOCIATION, INC. Minutes, November 17, 2008 Present:  Steve Aikenhead, Julie Levy, Bart Mair, Nate McKeen, Willis Wood   We discussed the current state of the project.   We prepared the Annual Report and the donation letter.   We voted unanimously that Willis be authorized to spend up to $1,000.00 towards the cost of the appraisal for the project.   The stuffing party will be at Julie’s at 7:00 PM this Thursday, the 20th. The Annual Meeting will be at Julie’s at 7:00 PM on Thursday, December 18th.
