Notice of Public Hearing

Notice of Public Hearing Pursuant to the requirements of Title 24, Section 4384, of the Vermont Statutes Annotated, the Weathersfield Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 13, 2009, at 7:00 p.m. at Martin Memorial Hall at 5259 Route 5 in Ascutney, Vermont to receive public comment regarding re-adoption of the "Municipal Development Plan", which was adopted on July 15th, 2004.  There are no changes to the Plan being proposed at this time. Copies of the 'Plan' with the written report are available at the Weathersfield Town Clerk's Office and the Weathersfield - Proctor Library. Person(s) wishing to comment on the 'Plan' may do so at the hearing, either in person or by an authorized representative, or by submitting written comments prior to the hearing.
