Weathersfield Request for Proposals Construction Inspection Services The Town of Weathersfield, Vermont, is soliciting proposals for Construction Inspection Services for Weathersfield - PLH TSDP(1) . Construction includes, but is not limited to, the following work on all or parts of Stoughton Pond Road: add 2.5" bituminous concrete base course, plus 1.5" wearing course, along with associated pavement marking. Oversight includes inspection as well as sampling/testing of construction materials. Final plans for this project are available for viewing at the Weathersfield Town Offices, 5259 Route 5, Ascutney, Vermont 05030. The Town Office is open Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Final plans may be purchased from the Town at cost. To become eligible for contract selection, the Construction & Inspection Consultant must have a current Vermont Agency of Transportation Form AF38 on file with VTrans. Responses to this RFP shall consist of a Technical Proposal and a Cost Proposal being submitted in separate sealed envelopes. Consultants interested in this project should submit five copies of their proposals to: Jim Mullen, Town Manager, Town of Weathersfield, 5259 Route 5, PO Box 550, Ascutney, Vermont 05030 by no later than Noon on Monday, 8/30/10.
