NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

A public hearing before the Planning Commission for the Town of Weathersfield will be held at the Town Office in Ascutney on Monday, June 13, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following final plat:
#05.2411 by Beverly Domey Jarvis et al for the subdivision of 34.3 acres of land on South Mountain Road (parcel #05-01-13.1) into two lots. The property is located in the RRR 3-5 zoning district.

The above plat is available for inspection at the Town Office in Ascutney. Persons wishing to appeal and be heard may do so in person or be represented by an agent or attorney. Communications about the above plat may be filed in writing with the Commission or at the hearing. Participation in this hearing is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal.
