Starting at a point on the north side of Town Highway 30, the so-called Beaver Pond Road, where it crosses an unnamed stream that feeds into Beaver Pond and proceeding in a northerly direction paralleling said unnamed stream to the point where the stream crosses Vermont Route 131. Said right-of-way is laid out at four (4) rods as recorded in Volume 2, Page 69, of the Weathersfield Town Proceedings.

TH 116
Starting at a point on the south side of Vermont Route 131 at the intersection of TH 115 and Vermont Route 131, due east along Vermont Route 131 a distance of one hundred seventy-six feet (176'); thence due north continuing to parallel said stream for a distance of two thousand, thirty-six feet (2,036'). Said right-of-way is laid out at four (4) rods as recorded in Volume 2, Page 69, of the Weathersfield Town Proceedings.
