NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

A public hearing before the Planning Commission for the Town of Weathersfield will be held at the Town Office in Ascutney on Monday, November 14, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following final plat:

#10.2411 by Fire LLC for the subdivision of 50.88± acres of land on Beaver Pond and Gravelin Roads (the former Filley Farm), parcel #04-03-03, into three lots. The parcel is in the RRR 3-5 zoning district.

The above plat is available for inspection at the Town Office in Ascutney. Persons wishing to appeal and be heard may do so in person or be represented by an agent or attorney. Communications about the above plat may be filed in writing with the Commission or at the hearing. Participation in this hearing is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal.
