9.3.3 Notice of Appeal: Current Language A notice of appeal filed under this section shall be in writing and include the following information, in accordance with the Act [§4466]: 1) the name and address of the appellant, 2) a brief description of the property with respect to which the appeal is taken, 3) a reference to applicable provisions of these regulations, 4) the relief requested by the appellant, including any request for a variance from one or more provisions of these regulations, and 5) the alleged grounds why such relief is believed proper under the circumstances.
