A public meeting before the Planning Commission of the Town of Weathersfield will be held at the Town Office in Ascutney on Monday, January 9, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following application:

#12.2111 by Ascutney Fire District #2 for the subdivision of 43.84 acres of land owned by the Vermont Land Trust located at 6377 Route 5 (parcel 06-00-08) into a 5-acre lot and a 38.83-acre lot. The land is located in the Industrial zoning district.

The above sketch plan is available for inspection at the Town Office in Ascutney. Persons wishing to appeal and be heard may do so in person or be represented by an agent or attorney. Communications about the above sketch plan may be filed in writing with the Planning Commission or at the meeting.
Participation in this local meeting is prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal.
