New Fit Class "Kick it Up, Tone it Down", Thursday April 24, 6-7 pm WES Classes following that will be Thursdays, 6:45 – 8 pm through mid June. Joni Robison is back and ready to gear everyone up for Spring. A combination of kick boxing, strength training and stretching. Classes will be geared towards the needs and desires of the participants.
